Membership

The JIB Yacht Club, Inc. offers the opportunity for members to participate in the benefits of club facilities. Each Equity Membership entitles the member to the exclusive use of a particular marina slip. The Club, which is owned by its Equity Members, owns an undivided interest in the marina improvements and leases a portion of the submerged land upon which the marina is located, subject to a submerged land lease from the State of Florida, as described in the Membership Plan. The remaining portion of the submerged land and the marina facilities are owned by the Condominium Association.
